Model Output Conversion Tool

Developed tools for querying model outputs in NetCDF format from remote THREDDS servers. The tool is written in Java and converts the NetCDF into XML.

Time Series Fitting using Ecopath with Ecosim

Calibrated model simulations to fit time series data using Ecopath with Ecosim (EwE) software.

Processing and Presenting Model Data

Imported model outputs into EMECO Datatools (see software development projects) for visualisation and integration with other datasets.
